Something just made my day today. I was walking back to my dorm after my classes were done with about 20 minutes ago, and the road I was on was right next to a street.

So.

In the far distance. I hear a noise from behind me.. a tiny little tune that sounds sort of off familliar.
So I keep walking and hear that it's getting closer.
I turn around to see an old fashioned ice cream truck driving about 50 feet behind me.


I stop and stare at it in surprise. and I see the driver grow a huge smile on his face and wave at me, wholeheartedly, I may add. So I smile just as wide as he is and wave back.


This little thing just made my day. I don't even know why.

Some little thing like that shouldn't possibly up my mood like that.

Maybe it is true that the littlest things in life, truely do make you happy. :3

Like finding a nickel on the sidewalk.
Or enjoying a nice slice of pizza.
Or hearing three simple words from your soul mate.
